Hencinski is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Expel's security operations center and detection and response engineering. He oversees how Expel recruits, trains and develops security analysts. He has over a decade of experience in the areas of SOC operations, threat detection and incident response. Prior to Expel, he worked at Mandiant and BAE Systems and was an adjunct professor at The George Washington University.

Darling has over 24 years of experience in physical security and cybersecurity operations and strategy. His background includes security and combat operations in the U.S. Marine Corps, security budgeting at the White House, strategy and international initiatives at the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Cybersecurity and Communications (now CISA), and consulting with PwC. He has been involved in cybersecurity policy initiatives, including the drafting of executive orders and legislation and the national response to high-profile cybersecurity incidents. He has also led consulting projects to assist clients in sharing threat intelligence and reducing cybersecurity risk across different industries, including the financial sector, the U.S. tax system, and the healthcare, defense and aerospace sectors.
