Claire Hatcher currently serves as Global Lead for Kaspersky's Fraud Prevention division. Prior to joining Kaspersky, she worked at RSA (part of Dell Technologies) for 6 years, where she had a number of roles within their fraud and risk intelligence business unit, including leading their business operations and sales strategy functions. Hatcher has worked in cybersecurity for over 15 years, specialising in fraud prevention for the past decade. Throughout her career in fraud prevention she has developed many relationships within the financial services sector, as well as with online retailers and other industries both within Europe and worldwide. This cross vertical and cross geographical experience provides a deep understanding of how fraud threats and trends emerge, develop and evolve.

Since 2009, Pedro Vieira e Moreira has been with Águas do Porto, the municipal water utility that manages the city's full urban water cycle. He has also been, for the past 4 years, Assistant Professor in Project Management at ISEP Polytechnic of Porto School of Engineering, and also co-founder and chief strategist of a startup. Since 2015, he has been assigned as Director of IT & Innovation Department. He is responsible for the major IT revolution inside Águas do Porto, by transforming the way technology is provided for workers and clients, as part of a broader strategy, in order to accelerate the pace of change needed in the utilities sector, assisting the decision-making process and thus the strategy choices of decision makers. He's leading the transformation into a smart utility and intelligent city accelerator, using innovation as mean to achieve it, and defines a change management direction that must be implemented across the organization, considering the multiple stakeholders involved and the effort that should be asked to the affected people and the processes that must be adapted into new realities.

Gustavo Neves

Senior Information Security analyst and Data Privacy Consultant, Dognaedis, a PROSEGUR company

Gustavo Neves has an academic background in Mathematics and Computer Sciences. In 1999, he went to work for the Foundation for National Scientific Computing, and in 2002 initiated his participation in the first formally established cyber-security incident response service in Portugal - CERT.PT. He obtained certifications in the area of incident response from the European TRANSITS program and from the Software Engineering Institute of Carnegie Mellon University in the USA. In 2013, he became Manager of Security Services at FCT-FCCN, which included services such as CERT.PT and the national cyber-tipline for reporting child abuse content on the Internet ("Linha Alerta"), and was member of the executive board of Portugal's National CSIRT Network. In 2015, he joined Dognaedis as senior cyber-security consultant and security incident coordinator. He is also member of the executive board of the National Association of Data Protection Officers and Other Privacy Professionals (ANDPO).
