Business Rewards vs. Security Risks of Generative AI: Executive Panel

2023 will historically be remembered as the year that generative AI hit the masses. But to what degree have organizations embraced the potential rewards and prepared for the possible risks? Information Security Media Group conducted a marketing research survey - brought to you by Google Cloud, Exabeam, Clearwater, OneTrust and Microsoft Security - of over 400 professionals from two cohorts - CIOs, board members, executives or other business leaders, and CISOs or other cybersecurity professionals - from a wide range of vertical sectors around the world in the early fall of 2023.

We examined the differences in perspective between these two groups, and also rendered a snapshot of the broader, current adoption of generative AI, including the range of tools being explored/trialed and respondents' understanding of current regulation.
